2016年作为去产能的启动年,临近年底,各行各业开始陆续提交去产能成绩单。目前,各地方、国务院国资委已按照验收办法开展验收工作,国家层面的抽查工作已陆续展开。展望明年,中国企业研究院执行院长李锦认为,2017年供给侧结构性改革仍是主线,打造经济新动能将成为重点。一年多来,化肥去产能如火如荼地进行,骨干企业纷纷拿出实质性行动,以转型升级为路径,实现增效减量的目标。
In 2016, as the start-up year of de-capacitying, near the end of the year, all trades and industries started to submit capacity-producing transcripts one after another. At present, all localities and the SASAC of the State Council have conducted acceptance inspection in accordance with the inspection and acceptance measures, and spot checks at the national level have been carried out one after another. Looking forward to next year, Li Jin, executive director of China Enterprise Academy, believes that supply-side structural reform will remain the main line in 2017 and that it will become a priority to create new economic momentum. In the past year or so, the capacity of chemical fertilizers to go into full swing, key enterprises have come up with substantive actions to transform and upgrade as the path to achieve the goal of reducing weight.
