分析105例大脑半球肿瘤的脑电图资料,发现脑前部肿瘤近半数有局部β波抑制,脑后部肿瘤均抑制α波;额颞部均有异常脑电灶者,额叶肿瘤显著多于颞叶肿瘤;中央区肿瘤较多出现局灶性θ波,具此征者以良性和边界清楚的肿瘤居多;横联双导有助于矢旁区肿瘤的定位;额颞区肿瘤同侧外侧裂周围出现阵发性θ或复形δ波有定位意义;全脑阵发性节律波,在病变区其波幅/频率/波形/持续时间多于它处有别,此点亦有助于定位。
