深水钻井过程中结构导管静置时间直接影响导管的承载力和井口稳定性,是深水钻井设计的关键部分。为降低深水表层钻井作业的风险,缩短钻井周期,通过理论分析,结合现场工程实践,建立了钻井导管解脱送入工具时的井口载荷计算方法。综合考虑导管安全入泥深度及钻井作业时效,结合不同静置时间下导管承载力的变化规律,建立了深水钻井结构导管静置时间计算方法。
The depth of catheter standing time during deepwater drilling directly affects the bearing capacity and wellhead stability of the pipelines and is a key part of deepwater drilling design. In order to reduce the risk of deepwater surface drilling operation and shorten the drilling cycle, a wellhead load calculation method was established through theoretical analysis and field engineering practice when the drilling pipe was released into the tool. Taking into account the depth of the conduit into the mud and drilling operation aging, combined with the variation law of the carrying capacity of the conduit under different standing time, the method of calculating the standing time of the conduit in the deepwater drilling structure was established.
