前言郑州机床厂生产的X52K立式铣床,其噪声指标经常超过部颁标准所规定的值。为了进行改进,首先要找到问题的症结,我们对同一批产品中的三台进行了检测,对噪声的规律及产生噪声的原因进行了分析。一、用分析法初步确定主要噪声源从图1和图2可以看到,主轴的最高转速是从第Ⅰ轴开始,顺序经过中间各轴的传动而得到的,全部共有七根轴。一般说来,高速传动链越短,同时啮合的齿轮对数越少,对减小噪声越有利。而在本传动系统中,由于传动轴的数量较多,将对机床总的噪声产生不利的影响。
Foreword X52K vertical milling machine produced by Zhengzhou Machine Tool Plant often exceeds the value stipulated by the ministerial standard for its noise figure. In order to make improvements, we must first find the crux of the problem. We tested three of the same batch of products and analyzed the law of noise and the causes of noise. First, with the analysis of the preliminary determination of the main noise sources can be seen from Figure 1 and Figure 2, the maximum spindle speed is from the first axis, the order of transmission through the middle of the shaft obtained, all a total of seven axes. In general, the shorter the high-speed drive chain, the fewer the number of pairs of gears engaged, the better the noise reduction. In the drive system, due to the large number of drive shaft, the machine will have a negative impact on the overall noise.
