具体做法是自查、复查两步走。他们于1988年下发了《关于对档案管理已定(升)级的企业进行复查的通知》的文件,对复查的范围、依据、内容、时间、要求都做了明确的规定。各单位在接到复查的通知后,按照有关要求普遍进行了自查,找差距,针对问题,进行研究,提出解决办法,使工作落到实处。在企业进行自查的基础上,市档案局会同有关部门对部分档案管理定(升)级企业进行了复查,在复查中发现有些企业档案管理定(升)级后档案工作停滞不前,甚至有滑坡现象。主要表现在:一是对档案管理工作领导不力,有所放松,档案管理网络人员变动后没有及时补充。二是个别单位档案员调动过频,影响了档案业务工作的开展。三是有的单位归档文件
