配制了Al2 O3-ZrO2 系含ZrO2 的质量分数分别为 2 5 % ,30 % ,35 % ,40 % ,45 %和 48%的 6个组成的试样于电炉中熔融并快速冷却 .借助SEM -EDAX研究了试样的显微结构 ,结果表明 :在含ZrO2 的质量分数为 2 5 %～ 40 %的试样中可观察到初晶刚玉和细卵状共晶相组成 ;在含ZrO2 的质量分数为 45 %～ 48%的试样中可观察到初晶ZrO2 相和细卵状共晶显微结构 .借助于EDAX测定了含ZrO2 的质量分数为 40 %和 45 %两试样的共晶组成 ,其结果为含ZrO2 的质量分数为 43 .3± 0 .4% .
Al 2 O 3 -ZrO 2 -containing 6-component samples containing 25%, 30%, 35%, 40%, 45% and 48% ZrO 2 were prepared and melted and rapidly cooled in an electric furnace. EDAX studied the microstructure of the sample, the results show that: in the sample containing ZrO2 mass fraction of 25% ~ 40% can be observed in primary emery and emerald eutectic phase composition; in the quality of ZrO2 The primary ZrO2 phase and the fine oval eutectic microstructure were observed in the specimens with 45% -48% fraction.The eutectics of 40% and 45% ZrO2 containing ZrO2 samples were determined by means of EDAX The result is that the mass fraction of ZrO2 is 43.3 ± 0.4%.
