我国南海深海蕴藏着丰富的油气资源,这些油气资源的开发离不开浮式平台。半潜式生产平台由于其运动性能优良,环境适应性好,被广泛应用于世界各油气富产海域。我国目前仅有一座半潜式生产平台在役,远不能满足深海油气开发需求。研究总结了半潜式生产平台应用现状,梳理了常见工程模式,给出了平台方案选择和选型建议,统计了多座平台的关键设计参数,分析了尺度规划的输入数据、输出结果和限制参数,最后给出了运动性能评估方法。研究可为我国半潜式生产平台的设计应用提供参考。
China’s deep-sea waters of the South China Sea are rich in oil and gas resources, the development of these oil and gas resources can not be separated from the floating platform. Semi-submersible production platform due to its excellent sports performance, good environmental adaptability, is widely used in the world’s oil and gas-rich waters. At present, only one semi-submersible production platform is in operation in our country, far from meeting the demand for deep-sea oil and gas development. The paper summarizes the application status of semi-submersible production platform, sorts out the common engineering models, gives the choice of platform solutions and selection suggestions, and statistics the key design parameters of multiple platforms, analyzes the input data, output results and restrictions Parameters, and finally gives the performance evaluation method. Research can provide a reference for the design and application of semi-submersible production platform in China.
