行政行为的告知是行政程序法中一个重要制度。本文通过对行政行为告知的释义、合法要件、基本内容以及行政行为告知瑕疵的认定和法律救济等问题的论述，旨在为我国将来制定的“行政程序法”中确立科学的行政行为告知制度提供理论依据。
The notification of administrative acts is an important system in the Administrative Procedure Law. This essay elaborates on the definition, legal requirements and basic contents of the administrative act informing and the cognizance and legal remedy of the flaws and so on, which aims at providing the scientific administrative act informing system in the administrative procedural law in the future Theoretical basis.
