火箭发动机起爆后产生的推力是火箭类武器的关键参数,在火箭发动机研制和生产中需要测试。传统的数据处理方法由于采用人工判读,存在自动化程度低、测量误差大等缺点。依据GJB770-2005标准中固体火箭发动机静止实验法的有关规定,提出了一种推力曲线磨光算法,对推力离散数据进行曲线拟合,保证了求取曲线关键点的精度。经过对实测的数据进行仿真实验,证明设计的算法结果准确,一致性好,能够满足固体火箭发动机推力测量的需要。
The rocket engine after the initiation of thrust is a key parameter of rocket weapons, rocket engine research and production needs testing. Traditional data processing methods due to the manual interpretation, there is a low degree of automation, measurement error and other shortcomings. According to the relevant provisions of GJB770-2005 standard solid rocket motor static test method, a thrust curve polishing algorithm is proposed, and the curve of the thrust discrete data is fitted to ensure the accuracy of calculating the key points of the curve. After the simulation of the measured data, it proves that the designed algorithm is accurate and consistent, which can meet the need of thrust measurement of solid rocket motor.
