为了实现电动轮卡车的安全运行和获得高效的维修决策,研制了一套集多路关键点信息采集、分析、监控和维修于一体的车载监控器、远程监控与维修决策系统。系统主要采用嵌入式计算机、GPRS无线数据传输、专家系统和维修决策等技术,由信号采集与分析处理的车载监控器和远程监控中心的上位机以及维修决策软件系统三部分组成。系统硬件结构紧凑,具有信号采集精度高、处理速度快及实时监控性强等优点;远程维修决策系统采用专家系统诊断,为维修人员提供辅助维修决策。实践表明,该系统运行效率高,对于保障电动轮卡车的安全运行和辅助维修具有积极作用。
In order to achieve the safe operation of the electric wheel truck and to obtain efficient maintenance decisions, a set of decision-making system of on-board monitor, remote monitoring and maintenance is developed, which integrates the collection, analysis, monitoring and maintenance of multiple key points information. The system is mainly composed of embedded computer, GPRS wireless data transmission, expert system and maintenance decision-making technology. The system consists of three parts: vehicle monitor of signal acquisition and analysis and host computer of remote monitoring center and maintenance decision-making software system. The system hardware has the advantages of compact structure, high precision of signal acquisition, fast processing speed and strong real-time monitoring. The remote maintenance decision-making system uses the expert system to diagnose and provide auxiliary maintenance decision for maintenance personnel. Practice shows that the system has high operation efficiency and has a positive effect on the safe operation and auxiliary maintenance of electric wheel trucks.
