患者,黄某,女,26岁。诉自出生起,其母即发现吮乳时左上睑向上跳动。随年龄增长,每当咀嚼或作其他张口动作时,左上睑均随之上提,患眼睑裂增大。无手术、外伤史,家属中无类似畸形病史。全身检查未见其他异常。专科检查:双眼视力均1.5。平时左上睑轻度下垂。睑裂度宽,右侧6mm左侧5mm。张口时右侧4mm左侧10mm(图1)。持续大张口时,左睑裂猛睁到10mm后迅速缩窄为5mm。下颌前伸时睑裂宽度和张口时一样(如
