通过理论计算得出高炉喷吹不同种类废轮胎的置换比,分析了影响置换比的主要因素,包括鼓风富氧率、鼓风温度、氢气利用率、废轮胎灰分和含碳量。氢气利用率和废轮胎含碳量对置换比的影响最大,氢气利用率每提高0.01,置换比提高0.004 7;废轮胎含碳质量分数每提高1%,置换比提高0.001 1。同时指出,B,C,D 3类废轮胎均适合喷吹,A类废轮胎不适合喷吹。
Through the theoretical calculation, the replacement ratio of blast furnace injection of different types of waste tires was obtained, and the main factors influencing the replacement ratio were analyzed, including oxygen enrichment rate, blowing temperature, hydrogen utilization rate, waste tire ash content and carbon content. Hydrogen utilization rate and waste tire carbon content have the greatest impact on the replacement ratio, with each increase of 0.01% for hydrogen utilization and 0.0047 for replacement ratio; for every 1% increase in the carbon content of scrap tires, the replacement ratio is increased by 0.001. Also pointed out that B, C, D 3 types of tires are suitable for injection, A-type tires are not suitable for injection.
