54家机床工具企业于1995年6月在北京公开发表“质量保证声明”,向广大用户做出承诺:产品如发生质量问题,生产厂在接到用户通知48h 内作出答复或派出服务人员;维修人员到达现场10天内如不能排除故障,从第11天起每小时赔偿30元(每天按8h 计);经两周修理后,仍达不到质量要求的包退、包换。“声明”发表后,这54家企业为落实好“质量保证声明”,他们一是狠抓各级领导干部的质量意识,进而强化全员质量意识。二是严格管理,查处典型。从重从快从严查处质量典型事故,并严格按照各厂制定的“经济责任制”和“质量奖惩条例”治理。三是狠抓整机实物质量的提高。提高产品可靠性,消除早期故障,增加“生产性考核”工序。四是抓好基础
In June 1995, 54 machine tools and tools companies published a “Quality Assurance Statement” in Beijing to make commitments to users: If a product quality problem occurs, the manufacturer will reply within 48 hours after receiving the user notification or send a service person; If the person fails to remove the fault within 10 days after arriving at the site, compensation will be 30 yuan per hour (every 8 hours per day) from the 11th day; after two weeks of repairs, the quality requirements of the return or replacement will still not be met.
