司太立钴基合金堆焊的技术难点是焊后容易产生的焊接缺陷组织微裂纹、冷裂纹、堆焊层脱落,导致产品焊后返修或报废。在实际的生产过程中,只要堆焊工艺选择合理,避免堆焊层焊缝金属的化学成分烧损和杂质元素的渗入,稀释率控制合适的前提下,堆焊质量和性能就能保证。因此非熔化极手工钨极氩弧焊(GTAW)堆焊不失为一种理想的焊接方法选择。 Stellite cobalt alloy welding technology is the difficulty of welding defects prone to welding micro-cracks in the organization, cold cracks, surfacing layer off, resulting in product repair or scrap after welding. In the actual production process, as long as the reasonable choice of surfacing process, surfacing layer weld metal to avoid chemical composition loss and impurity elements infiltration, dilution rate control under the premise of the quality and performance of the surfacing can be guaranteed. Therefore, non-melting TIG welding (GTAW) after welding is an ideal choice of welding method.
