对塞罕坝地区栽培的华北落叶松(简称华北)、日本落叶松(简称日本)、长白落叶松(简称长白)、兴安落叶松(简称兴安)4种落叶松的48种交配组合1a生幼苗封顶进程调查发现:在华北×日本杂交组合中有希望选育出生长潜力大于华北的组合;在日本×华北杂交组合中有希望选育出抗寒潜力大于日本的组合;长白和兴安作父本对子代抗寒和生长潜力的改良作用相似;日本和华北作母本对子代抗寒和生长潜力的改良作用差异较大;同一树种自由授粉起源苗木的生长潜力大于自交所得苗木。
