本文以我国高新技术企业研发多团队为研究对象,分析了多团队信任、互依性与过程性绩效之间的关系,并探讨互依性对信任与过程性绩效之间的中介作用。通过问卷调查与验证性因子分析对模型与数据拟合度进行了评价,分别构建了MTS信任、功能互依性、过程性绩效的结构方程模型,最终构建了多团队绩效作用机制结构方程模型,揭示研发多团队信任促进团队间互依性进而提升研发多团队绩效的作用机理。
In this paper, the multi-team research and development of high-tech enterprises in China as the research object, the relationship between multi-team trust, interdependence and process performance is analyzed, and the intermediary role of interdependence on trust and process performance is discussed. Through the questionnaire and confirmatory factor analysis, the model and data fitting degree were evaluated, the MTS trust, function interdependencies and process performance structural equation models were constructed respectively, and finally the structural equation model of multi-team performance mechanism was constructed. Reveal the mechanism of developing multi-team trust to promote inter-team interdependencies and thus improve the performance of multi-team research and development.
