合肥燃气集团有限公司通过组织职工参与制定《生产岗位操作手册》,提高了职工按章操作的主动性和热情,缩小了管理与执行之间的差距,促进管理制度执行到位。2013年10月,合肥燃气集团有限公司(以下简称“燃气集团”)新修订的《生产岗位操作手册》(以下简称《操作手册》)颁布执行。该手册是由燃气集团工会牵头,组织一线职工编写的企业管理制度,覆盖了集团公司所属各生产经营单位的所有一线岗位,对81个岗位的636项操作动作做出了具体规定。
