以芳烃油(DAE)替代品环保芳烃油(TDAE)和DAE做对比,考察中国石油辽河石化分公司生产的2种环保橡胶填充油对不同补强体系轿车轮胎胎面胶性能的影响。结果表明,填充辽河石化2种环保橡胶填充油的胶料性能与填充TDAE的胶料相近;与填充DAE的混炼胶相比,填充辽河石化环保橡胶填充油和TDAE的混炼胶门尼粘度较低,焦烧时间较长,操作安全性好,硫化速度稍慢;与填充DAE的硫化胶相比,填充辽河石化环保橡胶填充油和TDAE的硫化胶压缩生热温升较低,拉伸强度和耐热老化性能相近,在苛刻条件下耐磨性能较好。
The effects of two kinds of environment-friendly rubber-filled oil produced by China National Petroleum Corporation (Liaohe Petrochemical Company) on the properties of tire tread rubber of different reinforcement systems were compared with DAE alternatives DAE and DAE.
