目的:观察中西医结合治疗下肢创伤性深静脉栓塞的临床疗效。方法:将130例下肢创伤后并发深静脉栓塞患者随机分为2组,各65例,西医治疗组采用单纯的尿激酶溶栓治疗,中西医治疗组则在西医治疗组治疗方案的基础上根据中医辨证分为3型治疗。治疗前和治疗2周后分别记录患者疼痛和肿胀情况及彩色多普勒超声检查,并用皮尺测量患肢与健肢同一部位的周径,最后进行疗效评定。结果:总有效率西医治疗组为90.8%,中西医治疗组为96.9%。中西医治疗组总有效率明显高于西医治疗组,2组比较,差异有显著性意义(P<0.05)。结论:中医辨证用药结合抗凝和溶栓综合疗法是治疗下肢创伤性深静脉栓塞形成的有效方法。
Objective: To observe the clinical efficacy of integrated traditional Chinese and western medicine in the treatment of traumatic deep vein thrombosis of lower extremities. Methods: 130 cases of lower extremity trauma complicated with deep venous thrombosis were randomly divided into two groups, 65 cases in each group. Western medicine group was treated with urokinase thrombolytic therapy alone. Western medicine group was treated on the basis of Western medicine treatment group TCM syndrome divided into three types of treatment. Before treatment and after 2 weeks of treatment, the patients were recorded pain and swelling and color Doppler ultrasound examination, and with a tape measure limbs and healthy limbs the same part of the circumference, and finally the efficacy evaluation. Results: The total effective rate was 90.8% in Western medicine group and 96.9% in Western medicine group. The total effective rate of Chinese and Western medicine treatment group was significantly higher than Western medicine treatment group, the two groups, the difference was significant (P <0.05). Conclusion: TCM combined with anticoagulant therapy and thrombolytic therapy is an effective method for the treatment of traumatic deep vein thrombosis in lower limbs.
