目的:研讨经阴道、经腹部开展彩超检查对卵巢囊肿蒂扭转的筛查价值。方法:选取2018年4月—2020年5月我院收诊的卵巢囊肿蒂扭转患者52例,对所有患者行经阴道彩超、经腹部彩超筛查,并结合手术病理资料评估其筛查情况。结果52例患者均由手术病理证实,其中经阴道彩超筛查的符合率为94.23%(49/52),明显高于经腹部彩超的符合率71.15%(37/52),比较有统计学意义(P<0.05)。卵巢囊肿蒂扭转的声像图显示,经腹部彩超多提示单纯、无回声肿块,而经阴道彩超多提示有明显的回声影,呈斑点状或团片样,

目的:分析多层螺旋CT对孤立性肺结节良恶性鉴别诊断准确率。方法:选取2018年3月—2020年10月我院孤立性肺结节患者70例,采用多层螺旋CT进行诊断,对比不同诊断方式效果。结果:恶性结节患者和良性结节相比得血流量、血容量、平均通过时间、增强净增值指标更高,差异较大(P<0.05);多层螺旋CT诊断阳性率为88.33%;采用多层螺旋CT进行诊断时特异度和有效度均较高。结论:对于孤立性肺结节患者进行多层螺旋CT诊断可有效提升诊断有效度,且诊断特异度和有效度均较高。
