随着我国经济的快速发展,社会主义市场经济体制逐渐完善,政治经济体制改革也在不断深入。近年来,“人才资源是第一资源”的观念深入人心,人才结构趋于合理,队伍素质持续提升,工作体系逐步完善,水利人才队伍建设取得了显著成就。各个地方先后分别出台了《关于加快水利人才资源向水利人才资本转化的实施意见》、《水利人才教育培训管理办法》、《关于进一步加强水利人才队伍建设的意见》、《关于进一步推进我省水利职业教育发展的意见》等文件和制度,为水利人才工作提供了坚强的组织保障和制度保障,同时也使得水利职工培训中的思想政治工作在新形势下具有新的内容。在新形势下做好水利职工培训中的思想政治工作,对工作中所存在的问题进行分析,提出新时期职工培训思想政治工作创新途径,使得职工能够更加积极投身于水利事业建设当中,给水利事业的发展营造一个良好的思想政治环境,刻不容缓,势在必行!
