在以前,对健身气功的研究是很少的。在进入21世纪以后才逐渐增多。这主要是因为人们越来越重视身心的健康。随着时代的发展,对气功的误解也在不断减少。为了增强人们对健身气功的认识,笔者在下文中介绍了健身气功的概念,并主要对健身气功中健心的方面进行了研究。希望可以促进对人们对健身气功的了解,促进人么对健身气功健心方面的研究。
In the past, there was very little research on Health Qigong. After entering the 21st century only gradually increased. This is mainly because people pay more and more attention to physical and mental health. With the development of the times, the misunderstanding of Qigong is also decreasing. In order to enhance people’s understanding of Health Qigong, the author introduces the concept of Health Qigong in the following and mainly studies the aspects of Health Qigong in Health Care. It is hoped that people’s understanding of Health Qigong will be promoted and people will be encouraged to study Health Qigong.
