组织变革是实现学校教育改革的重要标志。东北师范大学附属小学在开放式学校教育改革过程中,不仅关注师生个体积极性、创造性的发挥,而且关注与其相关的组织环境的开放性。学校通过打开组织的墙壁,即打开班级的墙壁、打开年级的墙壁、打开教师的墙壁、打开部门的墙壁,促进学生之间、教师之间、部门人员之间的合作,使其成员对组织产生较高的认同感,在思想与行动上达成共识,促进了学校的持续变革与发展。
