利用MM200型磨损试验机研究了经常规热处理的农机具常用钢种65Mn钢与45钢经固体渗硼得到的表面硼化物层在有、无润滑条件下的磨粒磨损性能.结果表明,后者的抗磨粒磨损性能大大优于前者,且降低硼化物层脆性可获得更高的抗磨粒磨损性能.
The abrasive wear behavior of the surface boride layer obtained by the solid boriding of 65Mn steel and 45 steel, which are conventional heat-treated agricultural machines with conventional heat treatment, was studied by MM200 wear tester. The results show that the wear resistance of the latter is much better than the former, and the brittleness of the boride layer can be reduced to obtain higher wear resistance.
