积极心理学在初中数学教与学中的应用

积极心理学是在对消极心理学进行批判的同时,更注重研究人性中的积极方面,研究人的优点与价值。它采取更科学的方法来研究挖掘人的潜力与创造力,激发人的活力,帮助人们树立自信心,坚定生活信念。初中数学课程标准的基本出发点是:促进学生全面、持续、和谐地发展。它不仅要考虑数学自身的特点,更应遵循学生学习数学的心理规律,强调从学生已有的生活经验出发,让学生亲身经历将实际问题抽象成数学模型并进行解释与应用的过程,进而使学生获得数学理解的同时,在思维能力、情感态度与价值观等多方面得到进步和发展。基于以上分析,教师可以充分挖掘积极心理学对人的优秀品质、美好心灵和积极的主观体验的关注,来提升工作的满意感、来培养学生积极的学习心理机制,如克服困难的决心、转化问题的能力、积极地寻找解题方法的心态、敢于尝试、勇于创新及利用良好的互助关系获得知识的变通。随着新课程改革的逐步深入,教师越来越意识到教与学是无法分开的,这体现在积极心理学对提高教与学效率的双向推动上。 Positive psychology is a critique of negative psychology at the same time, pay more attention to the positive aspects of human nature, the study of human strengths and values. It adopts a more scientific method to study and tap people’s potential and creativity, inspire people’s vitality, help people build self-confidence, and firmly believe in life. The basic starting point of junior high school mathematics curriculum standards is to promote the students to develop in a comprehensive, sustained and harmonious way. It should not only consider the characteristics of mathematics itself, but also should follow the psychological rules of students to learn mathematics, emphasizing from students’ existing life experience, let students experience the abstract problem of mathematical models and explain and apply the process, so that Students get mathematical understanding at the same time, in thinking ability, emotional attitude and values, and many other aspects of progress and development. Based on the above analysis, teachers can fully tap the positive psychology of people’s outstanding quality, beautiful mind and positive subjective experience to enhance the sense of job satisfaction, to develop students’ positive learning psychology mechanism, such as determination and transformation to overcome difficulties Problem-solving ability, actively seek the mentality of problem-solving methods, dare to try, be bold in innovation and utilize good mutual-help relationships to gain knowledge. With the gradual deepening of the new curriculum reform, teachers are increasingly aware that teaching and learning are inseparable. This is reflected in the two-way promotion of positive psychology to improve the efficiency of teaching and learning.
