本研究对妊娠16~36周33例胎儿胸腺细胞 ANAE 活性进行了动态观察。发现16周胎儿胸腺皮质 ANAE 阳性胸腺细胞为7%,而髓质为26%,其数目随胎儿的发育逐渐增加,19周后基本趋于恒定,皮质为11.50~32.83%,髓质为20~39.88%。显示 ANAE 活性的胸腺细胞绝大多数是中等大小的细胞和小淋巴细胞。我们还观察到胸腺细胞 ANAE 染色有的呈单个大点状棕红色颗粒,有的为1~4个较细小的颗粒,有的细胞在核周胞质内呈弥散性棕红色,前二者在髓质内多见,后者在皮质内较多。本文对观察结果的可靠性进行了讨论。
In this study, 33 cases of fetal thymocytes ANAE activity in 16 to 36 weeks gestation were observed. Found that 16 weeks fetal thymic cortex ANAE positive thymocytes was 7%, while the medulla was 26%, with the number of fetal development gradually increased after 19 weeks basically constant, cortical 11.50 ~ 32.83%, medulla 20 ~ 39.88%. The vast majority of thymocytes displaying ANAE activity are medium sized cells and small lymphocytes. We also observed thymus ANAE stained some large dot-shaped brown red particles, some 1 to 4 smaller particles, some cells in the perinuclear cytoplasm was diffuse brown red, the former two in the More common medulla, which are more in the cortex. This article discusses the reliability of the observations.
