城市化过程中,开发和利用地下空间是一种必然趋势,为了应对地下空间施工过程中围护桩工程量大、工期紧的特点,本文以呼和浩特市某地下工程为例,从施工工艺,经济性以及对周围建筑和环保的影响等方面对原状取土混凝土压灌桩的进行了全面的研究,研究结果表明:在加固效果相同的条件下,压灌桩的成桩速度是普通灌注桩的6到8倍,费用比普通灌注桩少20%,且噪音小、无泥浆对环境影响小。
In the process of urbanization, the development and utilization of underground space is an inevitable trend. In order to deal with the large amount of construction pile and tight construction period in the process of underground space construction, this paper takes an underground project in Hohhot as an example, The nature and the impact on the surrounding buildings and environmental protection, etc. The results of the study show that: under the same conditions of reinforcement, the pile filling speed of the compaction piles is that of ordinary piles 6 to 8 times, 20% less cost than ordinary bored pile, and the noise is small, no mud on the environment.
