为了系统地研究冬虫夏草对庆大霉素和卡那霉素所造成大鼠急性肾功能衰竭的影响,动态观察了血肌酐、尿素氮、尿溶菌酶、N-乙酰-β-氨基葡萄糖苷酶(NAG)以及肾脏病理的变化。首次证明冬虫夏草治疗可明显减轻大鼠急性肾小管损伤程度,并可促使肾衰大鼠的肾功能损伤提早恢复。其机制可能与其减轻肾小管细胞溶酶体毒性损伤,保护细胞膜Na~+-K~+-ATP酶和减少细胞脂质过氧化的作用有关。
In order to systematically study the effects of Cordyceps on acute renal failure induced by gentamycin and kanamycin in rats, serum creatinine, urea nitrogen, urine lysozyme, and N-acetyl-β-glucosaminidase were dynamically observed ( NAG) and renal pathological changes. It has been proved for the first time that Cordyceps sinensis treatment can significantly reduce the degree of acute tubular injury in rats and can promote the early recovery of renal function damage in rats with renal failure. Its mechanism may be related to the reduction of lysosomal cytotoxicity of renal tubular cells, the protection of cell membrane Na~+-K~+-ATPase and the reduction of lipid peroxidation.
