新生儿颅内出血(ICH)是临床上严重的新生儿疾病之一,脑水肿是该病伴随的病理变化,并常因此而危及生命。甘露醇治疗脑水肿疗效确切,但用药不当则会加重颅内出血。本文分析我科1989年以来98例ICH治疗中甘露醇不同用法的疗效,以探讨ICH治疗中甘露醇的正确使用。
Intranasal intracranial hemorrhage (ICH) is one of the most clinically severe neonatal diseases that is accompanied by pathological changes and is often life-threatening. Mannitol treatment of cerebral edema exact effect, but improper medication will increase intracranial hemorrhage. This article analyzes the efficacy of different uses of mannitol in 98 ICH patients treated in our department since 1989 to investigate the correct use of mannitol in ICH therapy.
