课堂教学是教学的基本途径,也是学生获取信息,锻炼提高多种能力和养成一定思想观念的主要渠道。教师在课堂教学中,逐渐更新了教育理念,注重以人为本,注重激发和培养学生的学习兴趣。学生成为课堂的主体,民主和谐的气氛、互动探究的模式也逐步形成,课堂教学的有效性也在不断地提高。然而,在实施的过程中,低效现象仍然大量存在,在英语教学中,通常是老师教得很辛苦,学生学得很痛苦,教学效果很不理想,很多学生对英语知识的掌握和运用十分有限。针对这种现状,我认真地分析了我在平时英语课堂教学中的低效现象以及存在的原因,并探讨相关的对策。

Students become the main body of the classroom, the atmosphere of democracy and harmony, interactive exploration model has gradually formed, the effectiveness of classroom teaching is also constantly improving. However, there are still a lot of inefficiencies in the process of implementation. In English teaching, teachers often teach very hard, students learn very painfully and the teaching effect is not ideal. Many students have a lot of mastery and application of English knowledge limited. In response to this situation, I seriously analyzed my ineffectiveness in ordinary English classroom teaching as well as the reasons for its existence, and discussed the relevant countermeasures.
