目的探讨高血压患者血浆同型半胱氨酸(Homocysteine,Hcy)水平与轻度认知功能损伤(Mild Cognitive Impairment,MCI)的相关性。方法选取2012年3月—2014年3月遂溪县人民医院内科住院的高血压患者186例,Hcy等相关生化指标均由检验科按标准流程检测,按三分位将Hcy分为低Hcy组、中Hcy组及高Hcy组,采用logistic回归模型对Hcy水平与MCI相关性进行探讨。结果高Hcy组中MCI患者比例明显高于其他两组(45.16%、30.65%和17.74%,P=0.04),进一步使用logistic回归模型对二者相关性进行探讨,对相关危险因素进行校正后发现高Hcy组较低Hcy组患者MCI的风险明显增加[OR(95%CI)为3.81(1.43~8.66),P=0.017]。结论高血压患者Hcy水平高者较Hcy水平低者发生MCI的风险有所增加,血浆Hcy水平可能是MCI危险因素之一。
Objective To investigate the relationship between plasma homocysteine (Hcy) level and Mild Cognitive Impairment (MCI) in patients with hypertension. Methods A total of 186 hypertensive patients hospitalized in Suixi People’s Hospital from March 2012 to March 2014 were selected. The relevant biochemical indexes such as Hcy were all detected by the laboratory department according to the standard procedure. Hcy was divided into low Hcy group , Hcy group and Hcy group. The correlation between Hcy level and MCI was investigated by logistic regression model. Results The proportion of MCI patients in high Hcy group was significantly higher than that in the other two groups (45.16%, 30.65% and 17.74%, P = 0.04). Logistic regression model was further used to explore the correlation between the two. The correlation risk factors were corrected The risk of MCI was significantly increased in patients with high Hcy and with low Hcy [OR (95% CI, 3.81, 1.43-8.66, P = 0.017]. Conclusion Hypertensive patients with higher Hcy levels than those with low Hcy MCI risk increased, plasma Hcy levels may be one of the risk factors for MCI.
