当今社会,各大企业在招聘市场选择人才时,除了对应聘者的各项基本技能进行考察之外,还对每个人的素质进行了观察.所以,提高各大学在校学生的素质能力是目前大学教育里的一项重要内容,尤其是在高职院校的学校环境中,提高高职学生的自身素质能力,树立正确的人生价值观念,是目前的教育环节中的重要过程.本文从目前高职学校学生的基本素质情况入手,分析了高职学生产生素质问题的原因,最后提出了一些相应的解决办法.
