财政经济建设工作承担着国家财政支持经济建设与发展的重要职能与使命。近年来,全国财政经济建设系统突出政策思路创新,加大体制机制建设,狠抓工作落实,财政经济建设工作迈上了新的台阶。在当前积极应对国际金融危机、促进经济平稳较快发展的背景下,要正确认识当前经济形势,充分发挥财政经济建设职能,认真贯彻落实积极的财政政策,把应对危机与促进形成中长期稳定增长机制相结合,把“保增长、调结构”与培育新的增长点相结合,促进经济社会又好又快发展。
