采用活性熔剂保护熔炼,水冷铜模激冷铸造技术制备了Al-5.8Mg-0.4Mn-0.25Sc-0.1Zr(质量分数,%)合金板材,通过透射电镜及光学显微镜观察、硬度测量、力学性能测试、剥落腐蚀和晶间腐蚀实验,研究了铝镁钪合金在不同温度稳定化退火后的力学性能、显微组织和腐蚀性能。结果表明:随着稳定化退火温度的升高,合金板材强度下降而塑性升高;腐蚀抗力呈上升趋势,达到250℃后变化不大。合金板材经300℃/1h稳定化退火后可以达到强度、塑性和耐蚀性的最佳配合。
Al-5.8Mg-0.4Mn-0.25Sc-0.1Zr (mass fraction,%) alloy sheet was prepared by active flux protection melting and water-cooled copper mold chill casting technology. Transmission electron microscopy and optical microscopy, hardness measurement, mechanical properties Test, exfoliation corrosion and intergranular corrosion experiments were carried out to study the mechanical properties, microstructure and corrosion resistance of Al-Mg-Sc alloy after stabilization at different temperatures. The results show that with the increase of the stabilization annealing temperature, the strength of the alloy sheet decreases and the plasticity increases; the corrosion resistance shows an upward trend and does not change much after reaching 250 ° C. After the alloy sheet 300 ℃ / 1h stabilized annealing can achieve the best strength, plasticity and corrosion resistance.
