本学年我校开展以“有效的课堂教学行为”为主题的教研活动。有效的课堂教学行为包括:有效的问题设计、有效的问题提出、有效的练习设计,有效的教学反馈、如何创设良好的学习氛围、如何培养学生的自觉自律能力等等。现在我们每位老师都在努力学习和实践着新课程改革所倡导的理念,都尽可能的使课堂更具有效性,但我们经常会发现对新课程背景下某些课堂教学存在着一些有效性尚待检验的教学理念和教学方式。
This school year my school to carry out “effective classroom teaching ” as the theme of teaching and research activities. Effective classroom teaching includes: effective problem design, effective question presentation, effective practice design, effective teaching feedback, how to create a good learning atmosphere, and how to cultivate students’ self-discipline and so on. Now that each of us is trying hard to learn and practice the ideas advocated by the new curriculum reform, we can try our best to make the classroom as effective as possible. However, we often find that there is some effectiveness in some classroom teaching in the context of the new curriculum Yet to be tested teaching philosophy and teaching methods.
