地方本科院校想要突破就业难的困境,就必须向应用型本科转型,重点培养学生的职业技能和职业素养,以职能岗位为导向。以“就业”为导向的教育模式就是强调教学应该以“就业”为目的,实现学生就业是教学的最终归宿。只有从构建以“就业”为导向的体育教学观念、制定强化专项理论的体育教学计划和开展依托岗位需求的体育道德伦理教育三个方面,才能实现地方本科院向应用型本科院校的转型发展。
Local undergraduate colleges and universities want to break through the difficulties of employment, we must transition to the application-oriented undergraduate, focusing on cultivating students’ vocational skills and professionalism, functional positions oriented.
