神华北电胜利能源公司使用的矿用830E卡车,在经过一段时间的使用,转向缸底座易产生裂纹。利用ANSYS软件对其进行了分析与改进。利用Pro/E软件建立了转向缸底座的几何模型;将其导入ANSYS软件中,对其进行了静力学分析与模态分析。经过分析得知,转向缸底座销孔部分与其底板连接处产生的交变应力大于材料的许用应力,随着使用时间的增加,必然会产生疲劳裂纹。参考同类型结构,对其结构进行了改进,改进后的模型在静、动态性能上都有所提高,经过试验能够满足其工作需求。
