(农业部2017年第4号令)第一章总则第一条为了规范农药生产行为,加强农药生产管理,保证农药产品质量,根据《农药管理条例》,制定本办法。第二条本办法所称农药生产,包括农药原药(母药)生产、制剂加工或者分装。第三条农药生产许可的申请、审查、核发和监督管理,适用本办法。第四条农业部负责监督指导全国农药生产许
(Order No. 4 of 2017 of the Ministry of Agriculture) Chapter I General Provisions Article 1 These Measures are formulated in accordance with the “Pesticide Administration Regulations” in order to regulate pesticide production, strengthen the management of pesticide production and ensure the quality of pesticide products. Article 2 The term “pesticide production” as mentioned in the present Measures includes the production of the original pesticide (parent drug), the processing or dispensing of preparations. Article pesticide production permit application, review, issuance and supervision and management, apply these measures. Article 4 The Ministry of Agriculture is responsible for supervising and directing the production of pesticides throughout the country
