世界半导体市场发展趋势世界半导体市场的发展虽有起伏,但总趋势仍是不断在增长(见图1)。1992～2001年,十年间的年平均增长率(CAGR)为+13.9%;1975～1984年,九年间的 CAGR 为+20.4%;1985～1995年,十年间的 CAGR 为+20.8%。这样长时间、以如此大的 CAGR 增长,是其他工业所没有的。平均4～5年有一次增长率大于30%的高速增长。从中可看出,年增长率>35%,第二年必然出现较低或负增长,多数为约10%的负增长(图2)。2001年全球半导体产值比2000年降低(3.5～4.0)%,其中 DRAM 销售值为
World semiconductor market trends Despite the ups and downs in the development of the world’s semiconductor market, but the overall trend is still growing (see Figure 1). From 1992 to 2001, the average annual growth rate (CAGR) in the decade was +13.9%. From 1975 to 1984, the CAGR in the nine-year period was +20.4%. From 1985 to 1995, the CAGR in the decade was +20.8%. For such a long time, such a big CAGR growth is not found in other industries. An average of 4 to 5 years, a growth rate of more than 30% of the rapid growth.
