目的研制新型不锈钢脚控洗手池,为医务人员提供较好的洗手设施。方法 A组(实验组)为新型不锈钢洗手池加脚控水龙头开关;B组(对照组1)为传统普通洗手池加交流电自动感控水龙头开关;C组(对照组2)为传统普通洗手池加手控水龙头。比较这三组洗手设施的用水量、耗电量、洗手效果、水龙头污染情况、满意度及对周围环境影响。结果 A组最省水;三组洗手设施洗手后手表面及水龙头表面细菌监测结果显示,A组与B组无差别(P>0.05),A组细菌数少于C组(P<0.01);使用满意度A组为100%,B组为58%,C组为5%。结论新型不锈钢脚控洗手池洗手效果好,满意度高。
Objective To develop a new stainless steel foot control hand basin for medical staff to provide better hand washing facilities. Methods Group A (experimental group) was a new type of stainless steel sink with foot control faucet switch; Group B (control group 1) was a traditional common hand sink plus AC automatic control faucet switch; Group C (control group 2) Plus manual faucet. The water consumption, power consumption, hand washing effect, faucet pollution, satisfaction and impact on the surrounding environment of these three groups of hand washing facilities were compared. Results The results showed that the water - saving in group A was the most water - saving. The bacteriological monitoring results of the surface of the hand washing group and the faucet in the three groups showed no significant difference between group A and group B (P> 0.05) and group A less than group C (P <0.01). Satisfaction was 100% in group A, 58% in group B and 5% in group C. Conclusion The new stainless steel foot-washing basin has good hand-washing effect and high satisfaction.
