用 D S C和 T M A 测定了高分子量聚苯硫醚( H M W P P S)树脂的玻璃化转变温度( Tg )、结晶温度( Tc)、熔点( Tm )等热转变参数,研究了热退火处理对这些转变参数的影响。结果表明,两种方法测定的 P P S的热转变温度是一致的。退火处理可以使 P P S的 Tg 、 Tm 得到提高。用热失重分析研究了 H M W P P S在氮气中的热稳定性,求得了热分解反应的动力学参数。
The thermal transition parameters such as glass transition temperature (Tg), crystallization temperature (Tc) and melting point (Tm) of high molecular weight polyphenylene sulfide (H M W P P S) Effect of thermal annealing on these transition parameters. The results show that the thermal transition temperatures of P P S determined by the two methods are consistent. The annealing treatment can increase the Tg, Tm of P P S. The thermal stability of H M W P P S in nitrogen was investigated by TG analysis. The kinetic parameters of the thermal decomposition reaction were obtained.
