本文通过对释明权的概念及性质的阐述,对释明权制度的基础及我国释明权制度现状的分析,进而提出了设立我国释明权制度的立法构想。
This article elaborates the concept and nature of the right of interpretation, analyzes the basis of the system of right of interpretation and the status quo of the system of right of interpretation in our country, and puts forward the legislative idea of setting up the system of right of interpretation in our country.
