对中国南海海洋真菌 2 5 16号的代谢产物进行研究 ,发现该真菌能产生丰富的环肽化合物。从培养液中已分离得到 7个环肽化合物 ,其中 3个为新化合物 ,根据NMR ,2DNMR ,FABMS等光谱数据确定了新化合物的结构 ,分别是环 (异亮 -亮 -缬 -缬 )四肽、环 (异亮 -亮 -亮 -缬 )四肽和环 (异亮 -缬 -缬 -缬 )四肽。另 4个化合物为环二肽。
Metabolites of marine fungus No. 2516 in the South China Sea were studied and found to produce abundant cyclic peptide compounds. Seven cyclic peptide compounds have been isolated from the culture medium, of which three were new compounds. The structures of the new compounds were determined according to NMR, 2D NMR and FABMS spectroscopy. The structures of the compounds were ring (isol-l-val-val) Peptides, cyclo (isol-leu-light-val) tetrapeptides and cyclo (isole-val-val-val) tetrapeptides. The other four compounds are cyclic dipeptides.
