分析了目前我国内燃机车辅助系统柴油机起动和辅助供电存在的不足,提出将三相PWM整流器引入内燃机车辅助系统,实现能量的双向流动,既能在起动时将蓄电池直流电逆变成三相交流电,供给辅助发电机,带动柴油机实现变频起动,又能在柴油机起动完毕后转为整流工况,将三相交流电脉冲整流为直流,提供600VDC辅助电网。这种变频起动供电装置节省了车内空间,增加了机车设计的灵活性,方便维修维护,同时使控制性能得到很大改善。
The deficiency of starting and auxiliary power supply of diesel engine auxiliary system in our country is analyzed. The three-phase PWM rectifier is introduced into the auxiliary system of diesel locomotive to realize the bidirectional flow of energy, which can reverse the direct current of the battery into three- Auxiliary generators are supplied to drive the diesel engine to start the inverter. In addition, the diesel engine can be switched to the rectification condition after the start of the diesel engine. The three-phase AC pulse is rectified into DC and the auxiliary power supply of 600VDC is provided.
