从经典自由网平差、秩亏自由网平差参考基准出发,提出了准则矩阵的概念,用来描述网的整体质量和细部结构,采用解析法优化设计。根据实际核工程对控制网的局部的特殊要求,对协因数阵中的部分元素,抽取与某一点的坐标相应的子矩阵进行精密设计。研究筛选确定了测图控制网、施工控制网和变形监测网的四个质量标准,即精确标准:总体精度与局部精度标准;可靠性标准:内部可靠性与外部可靠性及度量;灵敏度标准和经济标准。这些标准都具有直观和易于计算的优点,在进行核工程控制网测设时,可以此标准为优化标准,根据标准选择合理的布网方案,既能保证质量,又能显著提高经济效益。
Based on the classic free net adjustment and rank deficit free net adjustment benchmark, the concept of criterion matrix is proposed to describe the overall quality and detailed structure of the net.
