我们南口镇现有党员1370多人,今年订阅北京《支部生活》等党建刊物800余份。多年来,镇党委不把订阅数量多少作为一项硬指标,而是在学刊用刊上下功夫,引导广大干部党员在实践中学习,在学习中提高,使北京《支部生活》真正成为广大党员吸取政治营养、提高党性修养的教科书。在充分发挥北京《支部生活》的教育功能上,镇党委坚持抓好三个环节:首先,抓订阅。没有一定的数量作保证,学刊用刊就是一句空话。镇党委机关党员、干部人人带头订阅,调动了基层同志的积极性。南口镇党委机关共有党员140人,自费订阅北京《支部生活》151份,做到了党员和入党积极分子人手一份。27个农村党支部80%以上的党员都订阅了北京《支部生活》,对经济上确有困难的党员,有的村还给予适当补助,调动了广大农村党员学刊用刊的积极性。南口镇还有14个街道党支部的一些老党员,经济来源有限,镇党委公费订阅了30多份北京《支部生活》,供200多名老同志学习用。其次,抓学习。镇党委把北京《支部生活》作为全镇党员、干部政治理论学习的主要内容,每期都要划出重点,并提出四个必读的要求:(1)党支部成员、党员、入党积极分子必读“工作指导”、“党建视点”、“政策月报”等栏目;(2)党支部书记必读“一月谈”、“支书助理”、“经验 We now have more than 1,370 Party members in Nankou.
