本文报道了用CVD动态沉积法连续制备YBCO超导带的实验结果。以Y(TMHD)_3、Ba(TMHD)_2、Cu(TMHD)_2为挥发源,高纯Ar和O_2分别为载流和反应气体,在移动的金属Ag基带上,以10—15cm/h的带速制出了有强烈C—轴取向的YBCO超导带。最好样品的Jc达到1.4×10~4A/cm~2(78K,OT)。
This paper reports the experimental results of continuous preparation of YBCO superconducting tape by CVD dynamic deposition. High-purity Ar and O_2 were carrier gas and reaction gas respectively with Y (TMHD) _3, Ba (TMHD) _2 and Cu (TMHD) _2 as volatile sources. Belt speed with a strong C-axis orientation YBCO superconducting tape. The best sample Jc reached 1.4 × 10 ~ 4A / cm ~ 2 (78K, OT).
