中英教师在英语专业课上实施课堂合作教学基于20世纪70年代初兴起于美国“合作教学”的一种富有创意和实效的教学理论与策略,我校属首创,试图通过中英教师课堂教学的优势互补来实现一种理想的教师文化,促进教师的专业成长,从而提高人才培养的质量。本文从教师专业发展和教育实习的角度谈谈中英教师合作教学给我们教育教学的启示。
