为了解肺结核病人脂质过氧化损伤的情况,我们对28例浸润型肺结核病人血清脂质过氧化氢(LHP)、谷胱甘肽过氧化物酶(GSH-PX)及三种超氧化物歧化酶(SOD)进行了研究。28例浸润型肺结核病人为我院呼吸科确诊的住院病人。结果显示浸润型肺结核组血清LHP水平明显高于健康对照组,两组差异显著(t=7.8901,P<0.01);血清GSH-PX及三种SOD均明显低于健康对照组,差异极显著(P均<0.01)。结果表明浸润型肺结核病人体内存在由自由基介导的脂质过氧化损伤,并参与肺结核病的病理过程。提示在肺结核抗痨治疗的同时加用自由基清除剂有可能缩短痰菌阴转时间,提高抗痨治疗效果。
To understand the lipid peroxidation injury in patients with pulmonary tuberculosis, 28 cases of infiltrative pulmonary tuberculosis in patients with serum lipid peroxide (LHP), glutathione peroxidase (GSH-PX) and three superoxide dismutase Enzymes (SOD) were studied. 28 cases of infiltrative pulmonary tuberculosis patients diagnosed in our hospital respiratory patients. The results showed that the level of serum LHP in infiltrative pulmonary tuberculosis group was significantly higher than that in healthy control group, the difference was significant (t = 7.8901, P <0.01); serum GSH-PX and three kinds of SOD were significantly lower than those in healthy control group The difference was significant (P <0.01). The results show that there is free radical-mediated lipid peroxidation injury in infiltrating pulmonary tuberculosis patients and participate in the pathological process of pulmonary tuberculosis. Tip tuberculosis anti-tuberculosis treatment at the same time with free radical scavenger may reduce sputum negative conversion time, improve anti-tuberculosis treatment.
