At the factory, we conducted occupational health checks and routine work for workers engaged in hazardous work. We found that a considerable number of workers said they did not know the names of the toxicants they were exposed to at work. For example, painters do not know the names of paints and toxicants in solution. Chemicals Plant operators do not know what kind of chemical poison they are exposed to. Even if a few include full-time technicians or engineers in the production department, knowledge of occupational poisoning is almost empty. In the event of acute occupational poisoning, they may be at a loss what to do, resulting in unnecessary casualties. And for chronic occupational poisoning, they know less. This shows that raising the level of staff education and strengthening the need for occupational safety and health education. In order to take preventive measures, in addition to reforming the process, transformation of production
